What’s on?

One of the key aims of BCC is to reduce social isolation and to support those most vulnerable within the community.

Vital to achieving this are the variety of regular community social gatherings organised by dedicated BCC volunteers, details of which are listed below.

Remember the local community transport scheme can take you to any of these events!

If you have an idea for an activity which you feel would meet a need in the community and is not listed below, please get in touch.

Coffee Morning

Our next Coffee Morning is the 6th of December. We had a great turnout and amazing baking at our last one! We would to see some new faces, pop down to the Hub at 10.30am. 



Come along and exercise to music while sitting down. Great for flexibility, cardiovascular health and fun! The session is run at The BCC Hub on every Tuesday at 1pm. All welcome.


Art Class

Run every Monday 2pm 

Run by Susan Faller for all age groups and skills level. Come along and see the projects you could undertake, you may surprise yourself.


Music for Health

Every 1st and 3rd Thursday 2pm

Run by Julie Harvey

Love music? Love singing? Always wanted to sing but feel a little shy? Then this is the group for you! Focusing on gentle movement, breathing and voice warm-ups


Cinema Club

Every 2nd and 4th Thursday from 2pm 

Come along and watch your favourite films


No charge made for events but we accept donations for events and tea/coffee provided. Events are a great opportunity to gather together with friends for a catch up, or perhaps invite along those neighbours who are unable to get out much.

Boleskine Community Care are pleased to be working in partnership with Highland Hospice to bring friendly support to reduce social isolation and ease loneliness

Hearing Aid Care

We are pleased to have the NHS Deaf Services team coming to the Hub on the 5th September.

Charity Calanders

In 2023 we held a photo competition to be featured in our 2024 calendar. We has some amazing local entries and found it very difficult to choose our top 12 photos. The Boleskine Community Care calendar is now available to purchase for £10. Calendars can be collected from the Hub or from our stall at Winter Wonderland. We can also take orders over the phone and can post them to you for an additional £5. All money made will be going to BCC so that we can continue to operate for the residents of Stratherrick and Foyers.  

Nails by Chloe

Chloe is returning to the Hub on the 1st of September to do nails. This date is already fully booked however please be in contact if this is something you would be interested in so we can arrange more dates.

Vaccination Clinic

Covid anf Flu vaccinations will be administered at the Hub on the 1st December. Once you have recieved your letter, this can be booked online.

Eilidh is a modern hairstylist who attends the Hub the last Sunday of each month.
