BCC EGM- 4th September 2025

We were absolutely blown away by the support shown at our EGM on the 4th of September 2025. A total of 94 votes were cast unanimously in favour of our proposed constitution changes- with 57 proxy votes and 37 in person. This meant we were able to submit the constitution change to OSCR- another huge milestone in the Foyers Stores Acquisition Project.
