Boleskine Community Care, in partnership with Highland Hospice (HH), provide professionally trained home care workers from the local area to provide support to local people, enabling them to remain in their own community.
Highland Hospice, an Inverness-based organisation, manage the recruitment and training aspects of the service, creating sustainable employment for people who live in the community.
This unique model of care delivery uses the Self-Directed Support (SDS) system, offering much more flexibility and control for service users than the traditional model.
