How to get Care at Home

We operate a Care at Home service in partnership with The Highland Hospice. Unfortunately, we cannot take referrals to the service, this must be done through the correct channels. The Highland Hospice recommend that you contact the Single Point of Access team on 01463 888333 or our local GP practice on 01456 486224. Either of these organisations will be able to start the process with social work. Once the correct process has been followed, we would be delighted to provide support for you or your loved one.
